Mailing Options
We mail our Printed and Boxed games using the U.S. Postal Service's "Priority Mail" option when the "3 Day" or "International Priority" option is selected.
For deliveries within the USA, they try, but do not gaurantee delivery in 2 or 3 days. We have had reports of these deliveries sometimes taking 4 or 5 days.
For international deliveries, they try to deliver within 6 to 10 days, but again, do not gaurantee it.
Our store software generate a "Shipped" notice for Vassal and PDF games by default. These games are not shipped, but are delivered immediately by digital download. Once you place an order, you should receive emails with your download instructions and passwords within a few minutes. If you don't, check your spam folder. If you don't receive the emails, please contact us.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you have any questions about our products, please ask us before you order. We are happy to answer your questions.
Industry Sales
The tabletop game industry is based on the "3-Tier System" of Manufacturers, Distributors, and Retailers, and we fully support it.
If you represent a distributor and would like to carry our games, please contact us.
If you represent a retail store and would like to sell our games, please contact your distributors. In the case your distributors do not carry our games, please contact us, and we will reference you to one of the distributors we work with.
